On January 4, 2015 an amphibious aircraft Super Petrel PU-PEK fell in Brazil and killed the 19 years old pilot, Vitor Augusto Cunha da Costa. The  young  pilot’s father, Augusto Fonseca da Costa, who is also a pilot with more than 40 years’ experience  began an unwearying investigation in attempt to understand what had happened.
